This week we take you along during an icy cold week on our small regenerative farm in Sweden.
Temperatures drop to extreme lows, so cold that your eyelashes freeze after just half an hour outside. In the sunlight, tiny ice crystals sparkle and drift through the air, creating a truly magical atmosphere.
But behind the beauty, winter farm life is hard work.
The stuga is freezing, and we show you our wood-fired heating method to warm the house as quickly and efficiently as possible.
From daily chores to surviving the cold, this week is all about resilience, and building a dream from scratch in the Swedish wilderness.
