► Story (although it's very easy to follow in the vid ;D)
Elijah and Elena are star crossed lovers. They met when Elijah was looking for the doppelgänger, and Rose introduced him to her. At first Elena was terrified of him, but after time she started to know him better and they fell in love. Klaus needs Elena as a sacrifice to complete his transition as a hybrid. Elijah does everything in his power to save the love of his life, but is too late. The only way to save her, is to turn her into a vampire. He blames himself for what happened to her, and can't stand the idea of Elena hating him. He decides to leave town. But he doesn't know that Klaus wants revenge and he keeps Elena prisoner. He compels her to forget about Elijah, and makes her life a living hell. Elijah finds out, and comes after Klaus. He seeks help with Bonnie to make sure Klaus can't harm anyone any more. Klaus compels Elena so she remembers everything. Elijah thinks she'll hate him for leaving and not saving her, but she forgives him. True love conquers all.
