Sir Keir Starmer’s belief that he’s Europe’s great “Trump Whisperer” appears to be in tatters.
Having managed to say nothing of any great substance in response to Donald Trump’s tariff threats, the Prime Minister was on the end of a brutal social media evisceration overnight as Trump took to Truth Social to call Labour’s Chagos Islands giveaway “stupid”.
