On 1st December 2024, I competed in the British Masters 5K Road Race Championships in Battersea Park, London.
Sue came along and got so much footage that thought I would split the coverage into 2 videos. This first one covers before the start and the first lap for all the runners. Next video (not yet published), I will cover my own race in more detail which featured a very close battle with John Broom of @tworunningbrooms Spoiler alert - it was the best race we have both done for some time.
