◆Train Watching◆ Keikyu commuter trains at Shinagawa Station, Tokyo, Japan, February 2025. Keikyu Shinagawa Station has two platforms and three tracks. Currently, construction is underway to move the second-floor platforms to ground level so that they will be at ground level with the parallel JR line platforms, allowing passengers to easily transfer between trains at the second-floor level. This construction is scheduled to be completed by March 2028.
