Liam Payne reveals what he and Cheryl argue about

Liam Payne has touched upon what he and girlfriend Cheryl disagree over amid claims they will split in weeks. The singer, 24, was interviewed by Capital's Roman Kemp and while he did little to dispel any myths they could be breaking up, he did talk what divides them. Mainly, it comes to the issue of 11-month-old baby Bear and what football team he should support when he grows up. He said: 'Well, this is the thing – Cheryl’s not really that massively into football but everyone likes to bring up where they’re from when this happens.' During the interview, Liam also attempted his finest Geordie accent, saying that is what Cheryl, 34, sounds like in the morning. 'He might have to disappoint some grandparents and make his own choice. He might go and support ice hockey.' The interview might be a little confusing for fans, given the news that Liam has sought legal advice as friends claim he could split from Cheryl in weeks. The couple, who are not married but son Bear and live together in a Surrey mansion, are said to be considering going their separate ways. This comes after MailOnline broke the news that their relationship was 'under strain', with Liam spending nights away from home while the singer looks after their child. Now it has been reported Liam has spoken to lawyers to see what a split would mean for their shared assets and the care of their son, according to the Sun. Liam has an estimated fortune of £54million while Cheryl is said to be worth around £20million. A source close to the couple told the newspaper: 'Liam has sought some legal advice but he still wants to make it work.It's just sensible to be prepared for all options. 'With a young son and a number of assets between them there is more to breaking up than just parting ways. He hopes it doesn't come to it but he's just being careful.'
