In this video, we introduce how integrals are used in Mathematica and the Wolfram Language. Using the Integrate function, you can create both definite and indefinite integrals, and there's a handy popup widget that helps with formatting. We show you useful keyboard shortcuts, too. You can get a numeric approximation for definite integrals using the NIntegrate function. Double Integrals, Triple Integrals, and even higher order integrals are no problem for Mathematica.

Michael earned his BS in Math from Caltech, and did his graduate work in Math at UC Berkeley and University of Washington, specializing in Number Theory.
