Saturdays race 04/13/2024 - Checker is dropped very early, I'd just checked my mirrors to see how everyone was lined up, focused on the starter stand as the flag was dropped! I do like starting at the actual start finish, not the straight some organizations do it. Been years since I drove the track, took me a bit to find my way - but a lot of fun to drive, race. Big thanks to AZ SCCA and Inde for hosting the event - perfect time of year, 80 F deg tops in the afternoon. With 20 min practice, 20 min qualifying & 30 min race we had a lot of quality tack time.
