She called Alex for help, but how will she react when her unique (and questionable) taste is called into question?

Section 3: The 5-Star Flop (Kingston House, Devon)
In the beautiful Devon countryside, Alex tackles Kingston House, a supposed five-star luxury accommodation. Owners Michael and Elizabeth Corfield gambled big on a costly Conference Centre, but the investment is failing, and the business made a loss last year. Now in their late 70s, the Corfields were hoping for an easier life, but Alex discovers it's tough to teach two old dogs new tricks when they struggle to accept any criticism!
