About the speaker:

Andor Kesselman is the Founder and CEO of Agent Overlay, a Palo Alto based startup building governance, policy-enforcement, and trust infrastructure for AI agents. He chairs the Trusted AI Agents Working Group at the Decentralized Identity Foundation and collaborates closely with Project NANDA, Open Agent Labs, AI Alliance, and other global initiatives shaping the future of the “Agentic Web.” With a background spanning scalable infrastructure, decentralized identity, and AI systems, Andor works at the intersection of engineering and governance-helping enterprises and communities design the frameworks that will keep AI agents secure, interoperable, and trustworthy.
