EAST KENT SABS STOP DIG OUT OF FOX RUN TO GROUND BY EAST KENT with WEST STREET HUNT

Whilst attending the above meet, the hounds were observed to go into cry, and were giving chase to a fox in the direction of the wood. From past experience, we know these woods to be full of fox earths and badger setts, and it is not the first time we have had to intervene over the years in this location....

By the time we managed to run up the hill and into the woods, two known hunt terrier men were already at the scene, both with spades and other digging out equipment (one of them had even brought his very young child with him! She is of course, blurred out in the footage).

As soon as they saw us they turned around, and left the area quickly, claiming they were "laying a trail"....through woods where foxes and badgers were living. With spades, netting and terriers.

As always, an insult to our intelligence!

You can the clearly hear the other man say "we will come back and get it later".....
They did not, we checked the area several times until nightfall, but Charlie was safe.
On that day, anyhow.

Watch until the end of the video, and you will see what these guys call "laying a trail".
Look at the grins on their faces.

Can you help us next season, to stop these people using our wildlife as toys in their sick games?
