This newly edited version is from the 1980 Carpenters Medley. Richard Carpenter reimagined their earlier medley from 1969, incorporating his new orchestration and vocals by both Karen and himself . This resulted in yet another magical masterpiece. I chose to highlight the beauty of one of Richard’s original songs, “Someday,” which first appeared on their 1969 release “Ticket to Ride.” His arrangement seamlessly transitioned into their first #1 hit, “We’ve only just begun,” creating a complete and harmonious pairing.
The audio has been converted to high-resolution using a lossless audio codec.
