Watch my friend Israel Ortiz show us how to roast a pig Cuban style. This was a two-day process that deserved to be captured for posterity. The final result was a delicious meal fit for royalty!
The pig was purchased frozen at a Costco Business Center. As Israel mentions in the video, it took a few days to defrost it properly.
