国家主席习近平2日晚在2021年中国国际服务贸易交易会全球服务贸易峰会上发表视频致辞。习近平说，“我们愿同各方一道，坚持开放合作、互利共赢，共享服务贸易发展机遇，共促世界经济复苏和增长。我们将加强服务领域规则建设，支持北京等地开展国际高水平自由贸易协定规则对接先行先试，打造数字贸易示范区；我们将继续支持中小企业创新发展，深化新三板改革，设立北京证券交易所，打造服务创新型中小企业主阵地。”

On the evening of the 2nd, President Xi delivered a video speech at the 2021 China International Trade in Services Global Service Trade Summit. Xi said, “We are willing to work with all parties to adhere to open cooperation, mutual benefit, and win-win results, and share development opportunities in service trade to jointly promote the recovery and growth of the world economy. We will strengthen the establishment of rules in the service sector and support Beijing and other places to develop international high-level freedom. The rules of trade agreements will be first tested to create a digital trade demonstration zone; we will continue to support the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises, deepen the reform of the New Third Board, set up the Beijing Stock Exchange, and create a main position for service-innovated small and medium-sized enterprises."
