These are absolutely insane and super fast for a 38 story hotel. You would expect to see 700 or 1000 FPM for a hotel like these, but these are even faster. These do have slow acceleration, but this slow acceleration is nice since you barely feel the elevator moving and because it is not as noisy as most fast elevators. Thankfully they were not keycarded at the time I was here, but this place does have keycard readers and they have been active in the past. They are probably keycarded today.
