A new migrant facility modeled after Florida's "Alligator Alcatraz" is set to open in Indiana, the Department of Homeland Security confirmed. It has been dubbed the "Speedway Slammer," referencing the state's ties to car racing. CBS News immigration reporter Camilo Montoya-Galvez has more details.
