After taking a break from acting to study archeology at New York University, Sprouse is back with a starring role as Jughead in The CW's 'Riverdale' a dark take on the Archie comics that has earned him three Teen Choice Awards. In 2019 he starred in teen drama film 'Five Feet Apart,' which brought in more than $90 million on a $7 million budget.
