While I was in Oregon a subscriber reached out regarding a rather odd piece of machinery rich in history.
This 1975 under ground rock truck was specially ordered and used at a nuclear test site. After the government was done with it, it was abandoned for over 35 years. Vince (The Owner) bought it after the property that it was abandoned on was being sold off. Vince asked that I would make an attempt at getting it running again for the first time. I told him, If I get it running you owe me a plane ticket home.
