Braised Basa Fillet
材料
1. 巴沙魚柳 兩塊 約360克
2. 食油 約八湯匙
3. 薑 四片
4. 紅蔥頭 一個
5. 蒜蓉 約一湯匙
6. 青蔥 2棵
7. 厨用花雕酒 半湯匙
8. 豉油 半茶匙
9. 李錦記舊裝特級蠔油 半湯匙
10. 味淋 一湯匙
11. 鷹粟粉 約兩湯匙
12. 白胡椒粉 約 1/4茶匙
13. 水 約100毫升
Ingredients
1. Basa fillets, two pieces, about 360 grams
2. Eight tablespoons of cooking oil
3. Four slices of ginger
4. One shallot
5. Minced garlic about 1 tablespoon
6. 2 green onions
7. Kitchen Huadiao wine half a tablespoon
8. Soy sauce ½ teaspoon
9. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce ½ tablespoon
10. Mirin 1 tablespoon
11. Corn flour about 2 tablespoon
12. White pepper about 1/4 teaspoon
13. Water about 100ml
