'Become Lefty in 28 Days' Drum Challenge (Week 1)

Hello, my name's Adrian and this is my drum challenge. For 20 years I'd been playing drums as most other people - right handed. But in my usual life I'm lefty - I write and eat with my left hand. I was trying to achieve the same speed, the same power and precision as other drummers, but I was limited by my weaker limbs. For all this years I had been feeling uncomfortable and frustrated but I was too anxious to change things.

One week ago I decided to give it a chance and follow my nature. I mirrored my drum set to the opposite side and started to practice. I will be working every day and at the end of the challenge I will have to play "Duvet" by Boa - a song that I covered some years ago, but this time with the left hand leading.

I will post a vlog on my progress every week, and I need your support and feedback. Do you think it is worth it?
