At the end of 2025, I unboxed and disassembled an ASUS TUF gaming laptop.
The TUF series is well known for its strong price-to-performance ratio and relatively good availability. It is not the best gaming laptop on the market, but it is a practical choice that fits the needs of many users.
This model is equipped with an RTX 5070 GPU. I performed a basic disassembly and added a heatsink to the SSD.
In addition to synthetic graphics benchmarks, I tested in-game performance using Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Resident Evil Village.
All frame rate tests were conducted using NVIDIA’s default driver optimization settings. The results are for reference only.
