Korean Tangle Ramyun Bulgogi Alfredo Tangluccine | OPPA COOKS HERE

Our first try on this exclusive brand available only outside Korea. Tangle makes a pasta-like experience possible in instant noodle time. Even writing it down now is still confusing my brain. "Tangluccine" takes the combination of the product name, Tangle (which is a phonetic play on words because it sounds like the Korean word 탱글 which refers to a bouncy texture) with Fettucine, the wide and flat pasta. But at the end of the day, it's noodles.

Then the sauce is a blend of bulgogi flavours and cream seasoning (supposed to be like Alfredo sauce flavour) which... to be honest, it just tastes sweet, like sweet af.

I apologize for the dripping sarcasm throughout, I think I'm going through pre-menopause, TMI.

As you can tell, I'm not a big fan. I save up my junk-eating days for ramyun (instant noodles) and I look forward to noodles and broth with some kick. This would not be worth the calories for me.

However, seeing my kids' reaction to it, I really respect the innovation from Samyang to reach out to a greater audience with different palates. Because the kids seriously (like bold and underscore) loved it.

If you don't want to commit to buying a 4-pack, I'd suggest (if it's available) getting the cup noodle variety. Then it's straight up microwave-ready in 5 minutes. Can't get any better than that- for days when you are just too dog tired for anything.
