How can we effectively educate and train all sectors of the public, including young people and adults undergoing retraining, to become actively involved in the ecological transition? What strategies can be put in place to enhance the value of energy transition professions and make them attractive?
The ecological transition needs to appeal to everyone. To achieve this, it is crucial to raise awareness of the transformation underway from an early age, to offer training that is accessible to all, including adults undergoing retraining, to encourage a diversity of profiles in renewable energy professions, and to prepare talented young people to contribute to this transition.
This round table is an opportunity to discuss initiatives and solutions to be deployed to encourage profile diversity.
