The USB Autoscope software is equipped with tools that allow for the conversion of probe / sensor / transducer output voltage into the units measured by the transducer. Users of USB Autoscope devices often ask, "How to create own custom probe?". Let's consider a couple of examples of how to set this up.
First example is MPX5700AP absolute pressure transducer with a measurement range 0...700 kPa.
Second example is another pressure transducer with an unknown output characteristics.
Third example is HST023R Hall effect DC/AC current transducer designed to measure both alternating and direct currents up to 50 A.
Forth example is a resistor with a resistance of 0.1 Ω, which we will use as a shunt for measuring current.
