एक ख़बर मे अमेरिका में हड़कंप मचा रखा है। मां-बाप चीन में हैं और बच्चे अमेरिका में पैदा हुए जा रहे हैं। एक-एक व्यक्ति के सैकड़ों बच्चे हो रहे हैं। सरोगेसी से बच्चे पैदा हो रहे हैं। सरोगेसी मतलब किराए की कोख ले कर चीन के लोग अमेरिका में बच्चे पैदा कर रहे हैं। चीन के आम लोग नहीं। चीन के बड़े-बड़े रईस ये कर रहे हैं। लेकिन वो ऐसा क्यों कर रहे हैं। अगर बच्चे ही पैदा करने हैं तो वो चीन में क्यों नहीं कर रहे। चीन की सरकार कह रही है ज़्यादा बच्चे पैदा करो, लेकिन ये लोग बच्चे पैदा कर रहे हैं अमेरिका में। जैसे ही इस ख़बर की परतें खुलनी शुरू हुईं, अमेरिका में हड़कंप मच गया। क्या ये चीन की कोई नई चाल है? कोई नई साज़िश है? तो इस ख़बर को पूरा समझने की ज़रूरत है। सबसे पहले तो समझना होगा कि सरोगेसी क्या होती है? सरोगेसी का मतलब है कि एक महिला दूसरे लोगों के बच्चे को अपनी कोख में रखती है, 9 महीने कोख में पालती है और फिर जन्म देती है। बच्चा दूसरों का होता है। सिर्फ़ कोख उसकी होती है। वो बच्चे की मां नहीं होती। वो बच्चे की सरोगेट मदर होती है। और इस प्रक्रिया को कहते हैं सरोगेसी। सरोगेसी भी दो तरह की होती है। एक में पिता का स्पर्म लिया जाता है और उस महिला का अपना एग लिया जाता है जो अपनी कोख किराये पर देती है। यानी पुरुष को महिला के पास भी आने की ज़रूरत नहीं होती, बस उसका स्पर्म लिया जाता है और लैब की तकनीक से महिला को गर्भवती किया जाता है। दूसरी तरह की सरोगेसी होती है जिसमें महिला का एग भी नहीं होता। एग भी किसी और महिला का होता है और स्पर्म भी किसी और पुरुष का होता है और उन दोनों को लेकर लैब की तकनीक किसी तीसरी महिला को गर्भवती किया जाता है। यानी ना वो महिला बच्चे की मां होती और ना ही उसका उसके पिता से कोई रिश्ता होता है।

Is this a new trick by China? A new conspiracy? So, this news needs to be fully understood. First, we need to understand what surrogacy is. Surrogacy means that a woman carries another person's child in her womb, nurtures it for nine months, and then gives birth. The child belongs to someone else. Only the womb belongs to her. She is not the child's mother. She is the surrogate mother of the child. And this process is called surrogacy. There are two types of surrogacy. In one, the father's sperm is taken and the egg of the woman who rents her womb is taken. That means the man does not even need to come near the woman, only his sperm is taken and the woman is made pregnant through lab technology. The second type of surrogacy is in which the egg is not even of the woman. The egg is of some other woman and the sperm is also of some other man and using both of them, a third woman is made pregnant through lab technology. That means neither that woman is the mother of the child nor does she have any relation with its father.
