Talking Time for Toddlers is a toddler learning video that focuses on encouraging first words, speech and language development and practice. This includes many first words like mama and dada! In our educational videos for toddlers gestures, speech, singing, and following two-step directions are practiced. Creative play and functional play are also encouraged in our toddler learning videos.
This video may be helpful to children with speech delays, but Rachel is not a speech therapist. If you think your toddler may have a speech delay talk to your pediatrician and a speech therapist (speech-language pathologist SLP)
Rachel is a music teacher with a master's in music education. She has also been a toddler teacher at a preschool and a preschool for children with special needs including children with cerebral palsy, apraxia, and speech delays.
