我在练漂移板的一年多当中,始终困扰于不能持久续航,总是要下板休息。明明是带轮的运动,却只比跑步快那么一点点。感觉没有道理。时常怀疑难道漂移板的设计真的是不科学的吗?俗话说的好,东西是死的人是活的。要么你就横练,把你的胯下练到爆。如果你做不到,那就得动动脑筋琢磨琢磨了,是不是滑行方式不科学。
I practiced Free skates for more than one year, always troubled by not lasting long, have to rest no more than 10km. It is a wheeled sport, but it feels strenuous and only a little bit faster than running. It doesn't make sense. I often wonder if the design of the Free skates is really scientific? As the Chinese old saying goes, things are dead but man are alive. Means things can not change but you can. Either you can practice the muscle between your thighs very strong, or if you don't wanna do it, then you have to think. Is the way of riding scientific?
