I want to encourage you to persevere through any feelings of sleepiness or irritation. It's natural to experience these emotions, particularly during the initial study session, which is often the toughest. However, by persisting through these challenges, we can push past our limitations. I've found that the more I study, the more I realize that feelings of sleepiness, especially after a good night's rest, are simply my brain's way of trying to shield me from difficult tasks. I've come to understand that I'm capable of much more than I initially thought. Once I get through the first few hours, I can study for extended periods.

So, let's keep pushing forward and trying to maintain focus. We're in this together, and we've got what it takes to succeed. It will become easier with time. Let's tackle this together.
