Abraham Laboriel - Best Bass Player

Abraham Laboriel, from Mexico City, is a true man of God and he is one of the world’s best bass guitar players. The more I avail myself to YouTube, the more he shows up using this precious musical gift to bring glory to God. He has also mentored musicians with his expertise. His sons Abraham, Laboriel, Jr. and Mateo Laboriel play in his band in "Quiet Place."

In an interview shown in "Amazing Bass Solos & Intros By Abraham Laboriel (Highly Contagious)," a friend of his came to his home unexpectedly and without Abraham knowing it, he stood at the door of Abraham's bedroom and watched him playing his bass and jumping all over the place like he does on stage! Abraham Laboriel said that it is a form of worship.

I had the privilege of watching Abraham Laboriel play his bass guitar with the group called Koinonia in an Oklahoma City church. The music was loud, the place was packed, and you would have thought that he had been hit by an electrical shock when he did his bass dance! I have ended this project with "I See Lord." Rest peacefully in the Father's arms.
