A short tour of the once-thriving skier-cowboy dive bar with Robert Marchessault, in Polaris, Montana. Robert, an 86-year-old rancher who lives and works on his family ranch founded in 1883, was an active skier and horse rider until he was 83. He still ranches daily.
Polaris, Montana's population is 131 as of 2024. Four buildings make up the town of Polaris; currently, the only building open to the public is the post office.
