This yin yoga for spine and back practice invites you to reconnect with your body in order to find presence, peace, and tension/pain relief. You will move through stretches and shapes that invite you to release tension in your spine and back and will finish practice with some grounding breath work and sound bowls.
This is a great beginner yoga practice and incorporates concepts of Trauma Informed Yoga as a way to start or deepen your mental health journey in order to feel more calm, regulated, and at ease daily. Yoga for mental health is a wonderful resource to add to your toolbox for self-improvement.
