今回もご覧いただき誠にありがとうございます。
フルカスタムオーダーをいただきました、ショベルリジッドの組み立てをスタートします。
カスタムの第一歩となるのが、ローリング化です。
フレームに、フォークやサスペンション、ホイールを組み立てて転がせる状態にすることをいいます。
カスタムのバランスを決めていくうえで一番最初にすることが、ホイールのサイズを決めることです。オシャレは足元からといいますが、本当にその通りで、ホイールのサイズでそのバイクのキャラクターが決まります。
今回のオーダーは、B級チョッパーのイメージなので、ホイールはフロントが２１インチ、リヤは１８インチを選びました。ホイールは全て新品で組み立て、スポークはステンレスを使用し、リムとハブはパウダーコート。

The first step of customization is rolling.
This refers to assembling the fork, suspension, and wheels to the frame and making it ready to roll.
The first thing to do in determining the balance of the customization is to decide on the size of the wheels. It is true what they say, fashion starts from the feet up, and the size of the wheels determines the character of the bike.
For this order, since the image is that of a B-class chopper, we chose 21-inch wheels for the front and 18-inch wheels for the rear. The wheels are all newly assembled, with stainless steel spokes, and the rims and hubs are powder coated.
