For invalid credentials, change of name, correction of your birthday, you forgot your SRN number, incorrect SIRB number or missing or you want to update your SIRB number, name extension like Jr., Sr., I, II, III, kindly email to srnconcerns@mail.marina.gov.ph and attach your Seaman's book first page.
