Get your heart rate up with today's high intensity cardio-Pilates fusion workout! Follow along with trainer Chloe de Winter as you move, sweat and strengthen your entire body. In this workout you'll go through two rounds of exercises: 45 seconds on followed by 15 seconds of rest, with a longer break in the middle. No equipment needed, just grab a mat and hit play on the video above to get moving!
