People call Ido the Movement Guru but they have missed the point of the practice. You dont need a Guru and you definitely don't need the gimmicks, gadgets and shiney things when you become a practitioner. Sometimes a teacher, but always the student. Ido turns 180 degrees in more ways than one. Handstands become, standing up for yourself, slowing the mind becomes the speed of decisiveness. There is an evolution at the centre of the labyrinth but beware the Minotaur. Have Movement(S) become the shield we use to protect us from looking directly at Medusa? Is it the fear we have of ourselves that really turns us to stone?
