In this brief video, Yuki and Andrew join me as I recommend some reference materials for the new Perfumer or anyone who wishes to begin their long education towards olfaction.
Olfaction is so much more than knowing a few ingredients to mix together – it includes creating recipes that can lead to a fine commercial product, as well as museum exhibits and even haute cuisine!
I will soon be posting these individual PDFs on my own website; however I am sure you can find the books and periodicals I am mentioning at your local libraries. Some of these articles I have authored or co-authored, while others are written by the top scientists, master chefs and perfume experts in the field. Enjoy!
