An awesome extremely RARE 1954 Supro El Capitan Arch Top Electric Guitar with original Softshell Case....

This guitar is awesome.

We had our Tech go completely over this guitar and set it up with awesome playing low action. No sore fingers with this one..

The Carved Spruce top is beautiful. The back and sides are Flamey Maple.

A very high quality guitar for back in the 1950's that wasn't a Gibson or Martin.

There is some discussion on the various Vintage Guitar Websites that these bodies were made by Gibson. I cannot verify that but the woods and craftsmanship would attest to that...

The sound of this guitar is fantastic. A very even booming voice that is quite loud..The Blues Guys will love this one...The Valco Pickup is very strong.. I love it.

The top is in beautiful shape that speaks to its original thin Nitrocellouse Finish. The Maple back and sides are just beautifiul.

Dings and scratches as expected on any 1950's guitar, but all superficial items. There are two holes partially drilled just under the tuners. Probably held some kind of hanger for a wall display... See pic 8..on reverb

That is the only deviation I can see from the originality of this cool guitar.

I really like the Hanging Pick guard that houses the controls and input jack.. See pic 5 on reverb ..See pics of this beautiful guitar!

All original ... The Single Line Kluson Deluxe Tuners are also in great shape! ... Check those pics.

The case is in great shape as well. All the latches, hinges and original handle are present and working properly. Even the accessory box is here on this one.

Its setup great to play right out of the box with new 10 gauge Strings. You will love this RARE Guitar! Made in the USA of course..
