Beta Testing Komet Hockey! (Pre-Season game 2 vs Iowa 10/15/2023)

With that tangent aside, IT'S BACK!! The Fort Wayne Komets are back, sorta. The K's will look to begin their 2023-24 quest for the Kelly Cup on Friday at Indy. (or if you're a Toledo fan, a quest to yet another first round exit.) With a buy one get one free deal if you purchase a ticket to opening night, you'll be seeing another one of these next week! Hopefully these two videos will be less of an eyesore than what's mostly posted on the channel. Anywell, it's good to be back at the Allen County (Not Nassau County) War Memorial Coliseum albeit to a less than half capacity crowd in a pre-season game. The Komets lead the league last year in attendance, with the tradition of Komet hockey nearly selling out the 10,500 seat Coliseum on a few occasions. However their arch rivals to the northeast in the Toledo Walleye was just slightly behind in average attendance. The Fort Wayne faithful will make sure that this will not happen. This game meant absolutely nothing as it was a pre-season game but it sure was entertaining. Let's hope the Komets don't lose 6-0 at their home opener like last year, they can't afford to have a slow start like last year.
