Korobeiniki (Tetris A Theme) as improvised by Tom Brier, sheet music

Cezary Sławecki transcribed most of this into MIDI and sent it to me. I wrote it all out, and also transcribed the ending which he'd left off. Some notes in the sheet music don't quite match what Tom is playing, as the sheet music corrects some mistakes that Tom made in the original off-the-cuff performance (a sixth added to a chord toward the end may actually have been intentional, but I think it sounds best without it at that particular point). There's a couple places where I think Cezary may have missed a note here and there, now that I listen to the original while watching the sheet music, but this is pretty darn close!

I've had a lot of comments where people wanted to know what Tom actually is playing when he's improvising off a score that I show him (in this case, a nine-measure lead sheet). Well, now you can see at least one!
