I'm playing slowly because I'm tired and it's not a real run, I'm just testing.
This strat is risky, but should be faster unless you have bad luck. Even with mediocre luck I believe this strategy will save minutes in a real run with fast execution.
You want to get a one cost card with energy cell and unkillable, so that after getting gems you can play Ouroboros turn 1 and auto win every single fight. The risky luck is how fast you can find those two sigils. You also want sniper and bifurcate on Ouroboros for some of the fights and for money grind if you have bad sigil luck but it's not strictly needed, just grab them along the way.
Ouroboros at exactly 12 is deliberate for reasons that are obvious in the video at 4:30 and 37:10. Your mileage may vary though.
Go to 34:30 if you want to see the true combo in action. Ideally you get it before gems though.
