Ice Machine Troubleshooting

1、E01 Failure/FUL Failure
1) check if there is ice on the ice baffle, and remove the ice if there are some
2) check if the full-ice-load switch is off or failure, if failure, need to change the full-ice-load switch
2、E03 Failure
1) check if the full-ice-load switch is off or failure, if it doesn’t show E01 Failure/FUL Failure even flipping the ice baffle, may need to replace the full-ice-load switch
2) When water in the tank is insufficient, you need to check the solenoid valve and water inlet’s pressure. If the solenoid valve is broken, you may need to replace it. If the water pressure is low, you may need to adjust the pressure otherwise add booster valve.
3) check whether the compressor is working properly, whether the evaporator is icing, if not, you may need to replace the compressor
4) check whether the pump is working, if not, you may need to replace the pump
3、E04 Failure
1) check if the fan is working, if not, you may need to replace the fan

2) check if the condenser and filter are dirty and blocked, or if the ventilation is poor, or close to the heat. Clean the condenser and filter; improve the ventilation and keep the machine away from the heat
3) check if the temperature sensor, which is next to the condenser, is broken, if yes, you may need to replace the temperature sensor
4、E7/E8 Failure
1) check if the temperature sensor is loose, if so, reconnect it
2) check if the temperature sensor is broken, if so, replace the temperature sensor
5、E11 Failure
1) check whether the water inlet valve is broken, water can not pour in the machine, replace the water inlet valve
2) check whether the compressor does not work, if so, replace the compressor
3) check whether the condenser, filter screen is seriously dirty and blocked , if so, clean the condenser and filter
4) check whether the refrigeration system is dirty and blocked, if so, need to replace the capillary
5) check whether the refrigeration system is leaked and lack of refrigerant, if so, need to seal the leak position and re-fill the refrigerant
