Today I’m bringing you a mouthwatering twist on a classic!
Crispy whole wheat baguette filled with juicy, perfectly seasoned patties – a match made in food heaven.
It’s crunchy on the outside, soft inside, and bursting with flavor in every bite.
Whether for a quick lunch, a party snack, or a family dinner, this recipe will surprise everyone at the table!
This is an easy way of making Sandwich bread with a fluffy dough.
The dough should be kneaded but not so much and it should be rested twice for half an hour or more.
I used 1 teaglass sprinkel water which makes the dough fluffier.
I also made some patties which are called kotlet in persian language.
The Sandwich with these patties will be soooo delicious. dont forgrt to use Ketchup, Mayonnaise, mustard and saur cucumbers.
Ingredients for the dough
500 g whole flour
400 ml Luke warm water
2 Tsp yeast
1 Tsp sugar
2 Tsp salt
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 teaglasses mineral water
The baking time is 30 minutes. _230 C

۵۰۰ گرم آرد با سبوس
۴۰۰ میلیون لیتر آب ولرم
1 استکان آب گازدار
۲ ق چ خمیر مایه خشک
۱ ق چ شکر
۲ ق چ نمک
۲ ق غ روغن زیتون

مدت زمان ۲۰ تا ۳۰ دقیقه
Ingredients for 24_30 patties
500 g potatoes
300 g minced meat
1 middle onion
1 egg
Some pepper, salt, curcuma, Curry, garlic powder
