Before continuing my quest to face the Bangkok Dragon, I came to a quiet Hell Buddha Garden in Chon Buri, Thailand — a place built not for spectacle, but for reflection. In Thai culture, Buddhism isn’t just a religion; it’s a worldview that shapes how people understand life, death, suffering, and what comes after.

In this episode, I slow the journey down to explore how ideas like impermanence, karma, and the afterlife influence everyday life in Thailand. From temples and gardens like this to how people approach conflict, community, and even joy, these beliefs quietly guide behavior and values across the country.

This stop isn’t about worship it’s about understanding. To truly travel, and to truly face the challenges ahead, you have to learn how people see the world. This chapter of the quest is about wisdom before action, stillness before confrontation, and learning the path before facing the dragon.
