Pietenpol Air Camper "Kajsa" and Per Widing. First video footage!

Great pleasure to finally present the first air-to-air video with KAJSA and owner/builder/pilot Per Widing.
I asked Per to write something about his project:

This project is inspired by "Gliding and Flying Manual 1932". I started building in 2000. My limited budget has been to my advantage when I have had to learn to do everything myself. It's been great because I never had any timetable for when the aircraft will be ready. I have made all the parts myself out some instruments and components of the engine. Registration "SE-ACW" is from 1930, but was never used. Normally, all the X-rated homebuilds today have X in their registration. An exception was made for me and 2010 reserved Swedish Transport Agency registration "SE-ACW" for my project. The name "Kajsa" is an old Swedish female name. My Kajsa was originally a Kaja (a Jackdaw) who my mum and her brothers raised up when they were children. Kajsa was so imprinted on the family so she refused to return to the wild, even though she had to fly free. My mother, in turn, told stories about Kajsa when I grew up. The little bird's name now get through my airplane fly on for a hundred years and more.
