BRAC Skills Development Programme works to create employable skills and decent work opportunities for the under privileged youth and migrants.

We offer training to people from all backgrounds and link them with decent work opportunities that respect the rights of workers. We work both in apprenticeship and institution-based training, identifying occupations in demand and skills in short supply in partnership with market actors and employers.

Our Programme offers technical and vocational training, enterprise and institution based apprenticeships,entrepreneurship, and enterprise development especially for startups in the apprenticeship-based training sector and working to improve working conditions and strengthen market value chain.
