Yummy strawberry jam one of Rays favorites.. Works up really well and has a great taste.. Made with organic strawberries picked local here in Maine. Recipe below
Made with FreshTech put out by Ball bought mine at Target
Strawberry Jam
2 2/3 crushed strawberries
2 T Ball real fruit pectin (classic)
2 cups of sugar or 3 1/3 I USE 2 CUPS
It's easy peasy spread pectin first on bottom
put berries in (DON"T PUT COVER ON UNTIL 4 BEEPS
Then add sugar and cover hit jam button cooks for 21 minutes
once done put in jars
then put in canner for 10 minutes..
