In this video I teach the basics of how to ride a motorcycle(Beginners Tutorial) Im on a 2015 Suzuki Gsxr600. First I go over all the controls on the motorcycle and talk about how to operate the motorcycle and go into detail with clutch controI and explain what the friction zone is and how it works. I also explain how the gear shifter works and show an easy trick to find neutral. I also explain where the gears are located and talk about how the clutch and the gear shifter work together and I teach how to shift gears on a motorcycle. Also I cover different techniques like downshifting, engine braking, and emergency braking and explain when and why you want to use these techniques. I talk about counter steering and explain how it works and teach easy ways for beginners to learn how to do it! I also discuss cornering on a motorcycle and go over the outside, inside, outside strategy when going into a corner and go into detail on why you want to use this technique and how it keeps the rider safe when taking a corner on a motorcycle. I discuss the importance of of braking, scanning, and executing when cornering a motorcycle. I go over some of the most common mistakes i see newer riders make..for example panicking in a turn and hitting the brakes i see this mistake all the time i talk about how to avoid it and how to react if you need to stop the motorcycle in a turn.
