We're in the final days of September, the S is for September series has been really fun and really good to me so far. We got one last box to work through for the month and it's none other than 2024-25 SPX. SPX got a facelift from Upper Deck this year, gone are the days of 1 card per pack & 4 packs per box. We're now into the 3 cards per pack & 8 packs per box version of SPX. This version tends to lean more into the early history of SPX as a product with all of the funky and cool acetate and tech cards. Only difference is the rookie jersey autos don't exist here. There's also plenty of fresh hard signed content to be had here (none of it is UD Black btw) so it leads to an interesting break for sure. Will we get a good card? Will we get and auto? Will remember what the extended rookies are and will my desk even survive this break? Let's find out!
