Building My Powertec Spare Bedroom Home Gym: BIG versatility in a small space

If you want to build a home gym but don’t have a big space to work with, this video may be helpful. In my 11’ x 13’ spare bedroom, I have the Powertec Levergym, Multipress, Hyper Crunch, Leg Extension / Leg Curl Attachment, weight tree and plenty of plates to work every major muscle group with a lot of different and effective strength training exercises.
