Can you really make homemade butter with just a food processor? Not only did I attempt this, but it is my go to means of making fresh raw milk butter.
You can make is from raw milk cream or cream from the stores.
Ten Easy Steps
1. Get Cream
2. Put cream into the food processor
3. Start the food processor.
4. Wait and watch
5. Pour butter and butter milk into a colander and bowel
6. Knead
7. Salt
8. Wash ( repeat if neccessary)
9. Pour out buttermilk water
10. Knead and Salt
